There are several reasons why a checklist may not appear in your module list.

  • The module needs to be refreshed.
    • This is normally done automatically, but sometimes not. Force the module to refresh by dragging down from the top of the list until you see the circle refresh icon, and letting go.
    • You can also tap the blue refresh icon at the top-right of your screen.
  • The device may be offline, and unable to fetch it from the server.
  • The checklist may not be available at the current location
  • The checklist may have already been completed by someone else
  • You may not have permission to see the checklist
