  • Launch the App
  • Enter Group Code* - contact your organisation 
  • Enter Username
  • Enter Password
  • Tap Login

Logging in - subsequent times

  • Launch the App
  • Enter Username
  • Enter Password
  • Tap Login


* Note: Group Code is only required for the first log in on a device. It is remembered for subsequent logins.


Logging out

  • Return to the Home screen (checklist modules)
    • You may need to complete a checklist to return to the checklist categories.
    • You may need to tap Back to move to Home from the checklist categories.
  • Tap the Side Bar icon (3 lines) to slide out the options menu
  • Tap Sign Out


Special Cases:

Some businesses layer a Single Sign-On (SSO) system in front of Brandmate. This allows their users to authenticate with the same details used for many systems. Contact your business if you are unsure if SSO applies.
